    Dairy farming is in my blood. Growing up on my mother's farm in Bovina Center, New York, I learned a profound love and respect for the land, the cattle, and the close-knit community that surrounded us. It was there, amidst rolling hills and generations of family tradition, that my passion for dairy farming blossomed.

     

    Today, I'm proud to be a 4th generation dairy farmer, carrying on the legacy at Pepacton Farms Creamery. Our mission is simple: to deliver the freshest, most delicious dairy products possible, sourced right here in Bovina Center, a town steeped in rich farming history.

     

    Bovina was once a bustling hub for dairy production, boasting a creamery that produced everything from cheese to butter. While the original creamery closed in 1973, its legacy lives on. At Pepacton Farms Creamery, we honor the past by using our historic tie-stall barn for processing, while also embracing modern technologies to ensure the highest quality standards.

     

    We're excited to share our love for farming and our commitment to quality with you. Look forward to savoring the taste of Pepacton Farms Creamery this Summer 2024!
